According to the News, NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is now awaiting the delivery of a double-pontoon from Sea World on the Gold Coast and for tests to be carried out on the humpback before deciding what to do next..
I’m hoping someone can make a decision and save Colin before it’s too late.
